Recruiting four different generations of nurses.

Our ideas exchange workshops are designed to allow the audience to network and consider a workforce priority, which in this case is recruitment. Each session will feature an introduction to the topic and a panel to share feedback from the delegate table discussions. This is a great opportunity to offer insight into your own initiatives and challenges, while learning from expert facilitators.

Staff recruitment and retention is vital but different generations have different needs and expectations that require different approaches and strategies. This idea exchange discussion will feature insight and considerations on adapting the organisation to attract more people to the nursing profession, as well as asking delegates to share their challenges and successes on issues including:

  • How effective is your organisation at recruiting the new generations of nurses?
  • Is your organisation able to adapt to accommodate the expectations of millennials and Gen Z?
  • How do you accommodate the needs of four generations of nurses?
  • How to build a more flexible system and rota for the modern workforce?
  • Attracting experienced nurses back to the profession
  • Ensuring diligent and efficient processes for the recruitment of international staff.

Adapting careers pathways to the new generations of nurses.
