Understanding the underlying basics of staff wellbeing Staff wellbeing, or lack of it, is the main reason for leaving the nursing profession. This workshop will analyse the root problems of staff disatisfaction and showcase successful wellbeing initiatives. We ask delegates to share their challenges and success on topics including:

  • Has your organisation appointed a professional nurse advocate to ensure staff wellbeing?
  • How are you encouraging staff to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing?
  • How are you ensuring the best use of leavers' surveys to monitor and improve your staff wellbeing?
  • The importance of staff continuos development for staff wellbeing and engagement
  • Finding ways to be more flexible with shifts and guaranteeing adequate breaks
