Supporting staff to work flexibly is paramount to retaining our nurses in the NHS. In this session, Helga Pile (Deputy Head of Health at Unison) and Aliya Rehman (Staff Experience Programme Lead at NHS Employers) will explore how nurse leaders and line managers can make use of the new provisions in the NHS terms and conditions to support their teams to work more flexibly and help the NHS remain an employer of choice.
