Guild Care is a registered charity that has been serving Worthing since 1933 and is committed to bringing services with distinct health and social benefits to the local community. We are expert leaders in care for older people, we have innovative support in respite and residential care for people with complex dementia and also care for children from 5 to young adults to 30 with complex learning and physical disabilities.

Our vision is to be an organisation at the heart of a thriving local community where people are able to choose and help shape the services they need to enjoy healthy, engaging and independent lives, whatever their age. Our mission is to deliver innovative and life-changing care services which help older people, children and adults with learning disabilities, and those living with dementia and their carers to share and enjoy a richer family and community life.
