The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital is a leading Model 4 Teaching Hospital with a local, national and international profile spanning over 150 years. Our hospital provides a range of frontline and specialist services and is the national centre for heart surgery, heart and lung transplants, extra corporeal life support (ECLS), spinal injuries, pulmonary hypertension, bone-anchored hearing aids, adult congenital heart disease, and also the national isolation unit. Our hospital is academically aligned with University College Dublin (UCD).
