Team Lead - Eating Disorders - adult All Aged Eating Disorder Service Band 7 37.5 hours Permanent Across the Black Country Main duties of the job: We are looking for enthusiastic, forward thinking leaders with experience in eating disorders to take a leadership and clinical role in a new, innovative all aged eating disorder service. The post holder will provide strong clinical leadership, coordinate day to day service provision, and make a significant contribution to service initiatives and development. The clinical work will include assessment and quality intervention for clients to include care co – ordination, liaison with families, GP’s, community services, acute hospital provisions, specialist inpatient provisions and other appropriate partners. The post holder will have advanced assessment and clinical reasoning skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally experience of working within the eating disorder specialty
