Our Surgical Team is Growing To meet the current surgical demands, we have restructured our teams across all surgical specialties at Wythenshawe Hospital. To ensure a patient responsive service and allow our nursing teams to be fully supported, we have increased our Band 6 Nursing Workforce across all our surgical wards. What the role entails: • Supporting the ward manager to ensure the delivery of high quality care, and support the wider nursing team as an advocate and role model • Opportunities across Trauma and Orthopaedics, Burns and Plastics, General Surgery, Breast and Urology within elective and non-elective areas.
