Gate 9A and Gate 9B are 33 bedded complex care wards who aim to provide exceptional care to patients and relative who have complex needs. We are committed to asking patients "what matters to you?" This ensures that all patients individual care needs are met with a personalised touch. Not only do we care about our patients but we care about our staff. We have developed and run complex care specific training run by different members of the multi-disciplinary team, including simulation training to cement skills. This will allow our staff to become specialists in caring for patients with complex needs. Your learning and development matters to us!
