Q. How do I manage my meeting requests?
A. Click on the My Meetings to view and manage your upcoming meetings.
Q. How do I talk to a hospital / trust / organisation?
A. Click on the 'We're Hiring' button on the home page to see a list of our exhibitors, you can click on which exhibitor you are interested in and use the chat function on their booth for a private conversation. You can book a video call meeting with them in one of the meeting time slots for a more in-depth discussion.
Q. How do I start my video conference call meeting?
A. If you have a meeting booked go to my meetings. If the meeting hasn't started click on the name of the person you are meeting with. You will then see three dots on the right hand side of the screen where your meeting is confirmed, click on those. Then click on start video call. For your first video call Swapcard my ask permission to use your camera and microphone, click allow and your video call will start.
Q. How can I get a certificate of attendance?
A. It will be included in the feedback survey which will be sent out after the event Have a question that isn't answered here? Please use the chat box on the right hand side.
