Weston Division is situated in the seaside town of Weston Super Mare, Weston General Hospital is a sought-after place to both live and work. During your first 2 weeks within our Trust you will complete a structured training plan to enable you to hit the ground running. Following training, you will start our preceptorship programme which is a six month innovative programme, led by nurse educators with proven ability to coach and mentor nurses. This will enhance your clinical expertise, help you master complex concepts, sharpen your critical thinking ability, promote career advancements and develop your leadership potential.
