As a newly registered nurse you will participate in our 12 month Preceptorship Programme which has recently been updated to utilise a blended learning model. It has been designed to support your transition from a student nurse to a confident and professional registered nurse. During this time you will be assigned a Preceptor – an experienced member of the nursing team who will, along with other members of the clinical team, support you to develop and refine your knowledge and skills.
