University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a flexible approach to be part of our leadership Team in General Theatres, Bristol Royal Infirmary. We currently have a vacancy for a full time band 6 position our General Theatres and are looking for someone to lead a team within our theatres. Ideally this person would be experienced in both anaesthetics and scrub with knowledge of all specialities that we see across the theatre suite, also desirable is some previous experience in leading a theatre team. Our General theatres suite has 6 theatres covering a range of specialities including: Limb reconstruction, Thoracic, Trauma, Max Fax, Upper GI, HPB, and Orthopaedics as well as a dedicated CEPOD list. As one of our dedicated general practitioners you will work 37.5 hours a week which includes nights and weekends on a rotational basis. We would expect the successful candidates to be a caring and compassionate individual, focused on providing outstanding quality patient care, demonstrating awareness of the Trust's vision and objectives and support the Trust's ambition to provide "exceptional healthcare, personally delivered".
