The post holder provides overall operational leadership of the Adult Community Learning Disability Service (and Adult Autism Services in Shropshire). They also provide Clinical and Professional Leadership to the Learning Disability Nurses in South Staffordshire and Shropshire. The post holder has responsibility for implementing relevant national and local policy and contributing to business planning and service development. The post holder requires a flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise their work to meet deadlines. The post holder will have daily contact with a wide range of colleagues within the Trust and regular contact with service users, carers, partner organisations and external agencies as required
