We are looking for a highly skilled, adaptable, organised, tenacious individual who wants to make a difference – could this be you? Are you a person willing to drive change, who is adaptable to the needs of the service and enjoys working with teams in a fast paced, acute environment, delivering high quality care? This team will be comprised of highly skilled staff – Nurse Practitioners, Trainee Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Support Workers managing/identifying the deteriorating patient out of hours alongside our doctors. We will provide training and education to fully equip you with all aspects of the job role. We have a small but dedicated team that are excited to welcome you to our Hospital at Night family. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a candidate with substantial NHS experience in an acute setting. Our Matron is accessible for support, working shifts to ensure regular opportunities to catch up. We have monthly team meetings and an annual team study day. The role will require cross site working and so it is essential that you can travel between both hospital sites. Please do not hesitate to get in touch for more information. Main duties of the job The post holder will work independently. The principle role will be to provide professional, advanced clinical support and advice to the junior doctors, nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team working within the Trust. The Capacity Team are responsible for ensuring patient flow throughout the Trust is safe and effective at all times. The Team encompasses Clinical Site Managers, Hospital @ Night, and facilitating timely discharges from the Trust.
