Due to continued business expansion and need, we’re recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses, to work nights and days to join our friendly team at our Burcot Hall Hospital, Bromsgrove, which caters for NHS, cosmetic surgery and weight loss patients within purpose-designed facilities.
A welcome bonus of £3000 is applicable for this post (terms and conditions apply). Further details will be provided upon request.
Burcot Hall Hospital is a busy specialist hospital with four busy theatres supporting 30 overnight beds.
Applicants will ensure that quality care is provided in the wards and will contribute to a busy ward team. Applicants will ensure that all nursing activities comply with the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and current regulatory requirements.
You will be assisting the ward team and ensuring that internal and external standards are maintained both in terms of patient care and other quality indicators. This would suit an individual with a hands-on approach, who is committed to providing excellence in customer service and patient care standards. You will be caring for our surgical patients upon admission and immediately post operatively.
Applicants should have experience of caring for hospital inpatients pre and post operatively. Surgical and wound care experience is essential.
