Senior Staff Nurse, Outpatients The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Salary:Competitive, dependent on experience The Harborne Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK, is a newly built multi-specialty private hospital offering advanced clinical pathways in specialties like Cardiology and Cancer. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of specialist care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families. You will work across a rotating shift pattern, caring for post-surgery patients in various specialties. Your leadership skills will be essential in promoting infection control and educating junior staff on discharge planning. Ongoing training will provide opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge. What You’ll Bring: - NMC Registered Nurse (RN Adult). - Extensive outpatient experience. - Ability to conduct your own clinics to support patient admission pathways. - Understanding of research and evidence-based practice.
