Infection, Prevention and Control Lead The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham Part-time, 15 hours per week (Permanent) Salary: Competitive + 9% shift allowance (if applicable) + Benefits The Harborne Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK, is a state-of-the-art 50-bed private facility in Birmingham. We offer various specialties, including Cardiology, Cancer, and Complex Surgery, with a focus on patient-centred care. We are seeking a motivated Infection Prevention and Control Nurse with strong leadership skills to drive quality improvement and assurance within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in infection prevention and control, along with excellent organisational skills to lead education, training, audits, and policy implementation. You will collaborate with other HCA Healthcare facilities to ensure consistent infection control standards and regularly report on infection control metrics to meet internal governance requirements. What You'll Bring: -Extensive post-registration experience in acute clinical care. -Interest and experience in infection prevention and control is advantageous. Why HCA UK?
