My name is Patricia Ezechie, I am a Career, Resilience and Wellbeing Executive Coach and Consultant, and I support individuals, teams, and organizations in achieving happier, successful and more fulfilling careers and lives.

My focus is helping those who face barriers to career progression and leadership, those seeking better work-life balance, or those considering changing their career paths.

As a passionate advocate of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, I partner with organizations to implement my proven career development and leadership programs which empower, support, and re-engage participants to reach their full potential.

My organization also creates custom programs for companies seeking to establish targeted initiatives for career and leadership progression for improved diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and the development of more diverse leadership pipelines.
