This award aims to recognise an organisation’s strategic approach to domestic recruitment and the improvement of nurses’ and midwives’ experience of the recruitment journey. The panel will look at innovative marketing initiatives, the speed of the recruitment process, communication with candidates along the way and the assessment day/interview experience plus the onboarding/induction process.
