Diversity and LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workforce

The pandemic has had a disproportional impact on BAME (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic) staff and rising demand, fewer resources and the combination of organisational cultures can create the conditions for workplace incivility. This panel discussion will explore how inclusive workplace cultures can be strengthened, including a focus on the needs of LGBT+ staff.
