Solutionpath aims to support pre-registration nurse attrition by helping to minimise students leaving nursing courses through technology, community, and best practice. To do this, we provide a unique approach to understanding student engagement by using data to empower students and help their educators to support them in reaching their full potential.

The StREAM Student Engagement Analytics platform creates insight from students’ participation in their academic learning by creating a simple visualisation of engagement that does not require technical or data analysis skills.

Engagement is a proven, non-biased proxy for progression that can help to provide early warning of potential risks to progression, allowing university staff to activate and inform more proactive conversations by providing the right support to the right student at the right time. And, by sharing this data with their nursing students, they too can build a better understanding of their own engagement and the impact on their own success.

We have a growing community of nursing course providers using the StREAM platform with over 10 providers currently onboard in the UK, a further 7 due to start in March and over 50 active members contributing to our new Community of Practice for Nursing.
