Florence Nightingale Foundation (FNF0 supports nurses and midwives to improve care and save lives. As a UK-based charity, now in our 90th year, we are expanding to reach one million nurses and midwives by 2027. Experience shows the transformation that is possible when FNF enable nurses and midwives to connect, lead, and influence healthcare.

FNF’s principal focus is on improving health, clinical outcomes and patient experience, through building nursing and midwifery leadership capacity and capability. Being able to influence and embrace digital solutions and transformation for patients and the workforce is a key part of this and we have put digital nursing and midwifery at the core of our future work.
