The Queen's Nursing Institute

The Queen’s Nursing Institute is the oldest professional nursing charity in the world, but we are right up to date with the digital reality of modern nursing. We undertake surveys of how community nurses are using information technology and published the report, ‘Nursing in the Digital Age’ in 2023. We also run leadership and innovation programmes, develop standards for community specialisms and run professional networks. There are over 2500 Queen’s Nurses leading and managing services in every specialism and setting in the community, social care and primary care.
