Our specialist Children’s Complex Care team provides nurse-led care for those aged 0-25 with complex care needs in Greater London and surrounding counties.
Delivered by Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, we provide children and young people with the best possible care in the comfort of their own home and in local communities, while supporting them to reach their goals and lead a happy and fulfilled life.
